1) I last reported a flaw in that you can’t see who has not yet accepted on the main meeting page. The company wrote me back with a backhand way to do it - send an email reminder and look at the “to” people … so you can, but its not intuitive
2) My free trial ran out, so I had to subscribe (cost $12 annually.) Not a big deal… but was a surprise as I thought the basic functionality would be free. Oh well. Not free.
3) When you select a time it sends an email … not an invite. I had to set up and send a calendar invite on my own outside of the application.
4) Also, the email that I mention above doesn’t print the addresses correctly so you have to go in and add spaces. Annoying but not insurmountable.
So, yes, the application is usable, but its got glitches and flaws that make it not nearly as good as meeting wizard.
