NeedToMeet Feedback

Make your local timezone my obvious

I travel a lot for work and I sometimes have issues telling if the tool is using the timezone where I am. On my computer or my home times zone. They can all fluctuate depending on where I am. Just an indicator would be nice.

Hello and thank you for your feedback.  Could you please tell us a little more about the feature you would like to have and where it would be located for easier reference?

Currently, in the web version, we display the timezone in the upper right corner of grid page where you make your timeslot selections.  We also display it on the attendee response page if it differs from the timezone that the organizer created the meeting in.  In the Outlook Add-in, the timezone is displayed in the upper right corner of a new poll screen and takes it's setting from the operating system of the computer.

I had a similar issue when I was testing this yesterday. I sent an email asking them to vote for a time and they asked me what timezone I was proposing. I am guessing on the website it is not clear that you are using the local time zone.

Thanks for the feedback - Let me review with the team to see what we can do to make this more clear.
