Allow administrator to delete dates in the past

I use NeedToMeet to organise regular rolling meetings - so keep adding new dates in the future.  The problem is that you can't delete old meeting dates that have passed.  So eventually you get lots of old meeting dates showing which are now irrelevant.  If you could edit all dates in the past and future that would be a better system I think.  You can do it on Doodle!

Thanks for your feedback this is much appreciated, and we have promoted this item to future consideration.

I strongly agree with this and would indeed say this is a bug and should be corrected rather sooner than later.

It's easy to accidentally mark times that have already passed, but very bothersome for the person who needs to actually schedule the meeting. Especially if they don't scroll far enough into the future to mark really still possible dates.

If that's any help to anyone with the same problem or to you at NeedToMeet ...

You can actually delete past dates as long as they are still visible in the edit-mode (where you see 2 weeks at once). That helps a little with this issue if you're fast enough.

-> Would it really be so difficult to offer that the meeting-admin can jump to the older days via the arrow buttons, until a better solution can be implemented?

Since I'd prefer not to have to delete old dates, I would of course prefer that the past dates can't be selected by the attendees any more.

However, I can see that this might be more difficult to implement, since some meeting-admins still might want to see past selections (until the attendee or the whole meeting got deleted).
