NeedToMeet Feedback

Show total list of attendees and status

Right now, if you allow status to be viewed by all, you only see who has replied. It would be nice to be able to see ALL the people in the list you sent the meeting request to. To do this, you would need to somehow indicate the person has NOT replied yet, maybe by putting their name in italic or faded (or even saying 'no response yet' next to name).

Currently there are two way's to do what you are looking for:

    Web Options:

    1. You have to select "My Meetings", select the meeting and see who has responded.

    2. Select "Email reminder" - this will then list who has not responded.

The preferred option at the moment would be to install the Outlook Add-In (If using Outlook).

    Outlook Add-In Options:

    1. Select "My NeedToMeet Meetings"

    2. Double click on the mewing which will show you who has been invited, and it the have selected a time for the meeting or not.

However, we would like to offer the same type of functionality in the Web.

Thank you for the suggestions. I don't have Outlook so that won't help. Will consider the first work-around and hope that in the future there will be a web option. Thank you.

Another option is to have a toggle in the meeting list that shows who has responded to "Show ALL  | Responded".

When you click All it shows everyone in the list that was invited.

Having to parse the popup for email addresses (for meetings with lots of invitees) is very hard to do.
